I have been involved in the development of children for over 8 years and have been a team member of True Lite Learning Center for 5 of them. My role as a former lead teacher, experienced in all age groups, has improved my knowledge and the ability to transition to this new position. The love I have for children and being able to be a part of their accomplishments makes my job as a Co- Director fulfilling.
I have lived in Midland for the entirety of my life and graduated from Midland High School in 2006. I am currently in pursuit of obtaining my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Midland College. I am a mother of 3 boys who keep me on my toes. I enjoy organizing and relaxing with my family. My favorite book of all time is Love You Forever by Robert Munsch because it portrays exactly how strong love is.

I have been in the field of administration for over 8 years while being in childcare for 5 of them. As of November 2023, I have ventured into a new career path as co-director of our center. I believe the amazing years of childcare experience I have accumulated while working at True Lite Learning Center has benefited and prepared me for this latest update in my role.
I have experienced sides of both teaching and administrative responsibilities. I work to make sure that the facility runs smoothly and effectively while working along other team members, parents, and children. I assist in all areas of the center, but mostly work with new parents on potential enrollments of children, filtering the flow of our in-house and public waiting lists, employment opportunities, as well as other duties.
I enjoy reading, writing, cleaning, and relaxing with loved ones at home in my free time. My favorite subject in school was and is English, my favorite book is The Giver by Lois Lowry, and my favorite food is Mexican and/or Chinese.

I have been a part of the True Lite family for over a year and have been in childcare for many years prior to being employed with this facility. I am one of the first friendly faces that greets our parents and children as they walk in and is one of the last to see them out at the end of each day.
I regularly assist with daily operations of the center; I answer phone calls and answer questions from inquiring parents or visitors of the center. I am very a helpful and kind addition to True Lite Learning Center.

I have worked and gained experience in childcare for over 4 years though I have served as a member of the True Lite family for almost 2 of them.
I am a newly recruited extension of our front office branch. As a former teacher in our 1-and 2-year-old classrooms, I am another friendly face that welcomes and dismisses our flow of parents and
children throughout the entirety of each school day. I also assist with any administrative requests from the Director and help with any other duties lined up for the day.
My favorite subject in school is history, my favorite books to read are anything mystery-related, and my favorite tea is coconut.
